When customer buys a license she/he gets:

• a lifetime floating license of AudaxCeph
• 1 year technical support included
• 1 year all new versions and maintenance releases included

Because Audax grants lifetime license to the customer, the customer does NOT need to pay any additional royalties or maintenance in order for the software to work after the first year. AudaxCeph will work with all its functionalities as it is. The customer has the right to work with the version which is officially released at the time one year after the initial purchase.

In case the customer wants for some reason to install AudaxCeph to another computer (for example existing one crashes or ...) Audax will provide  the key codes for new computer free of charge also after one year from the purchase.

Audax develops AudaxCeph all the time and the customer may somewhere in the future (for example 5 years after initial purchase) want to have a new, then current version. In such case, Audax will offer an upgrade. The price of an upgrade depends on the package you want to upgrade. With an upgrade, customer gets the latest version and both 1 year tech support and 1 year new versions.
